Randolph initially began contributing his own funds because he saw students who were athletes or wanted to become athletes, yet were encumbered by the expenses required to participate in the sport of wrestling.
Randolph’s long-time friends, Tim Crum and Doug Higgs, realized the financial sacrifice he was making and wanted to assist him in his endeavors. They, too, believed that what Randolph was doing prepared the students for a life beyond high school. The dedication and discipline required in wrestling would carry students throughout their lives.
Randolph, Crum and Higgs founded the RCH Wrestling Foundation to offer at-risk students a safe outlet where they could learn how to further develop their wrestling skills, receive mentoring, and participate in year-round wrestling opportunities outside of their school teams. In addition, RCH provided the equipment the athletes needed to participate.

Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you. The organization, which received its 501(c)(3) charity status in 2001, was founded to raise funds that could enable more students to benefit from the classic and historic sport of wrestling.
RCH has evolved from donating athletic equipment and covering meet expenses to a multi-level approach toward nurturing a well-rounded athlete prepared to enter the next phase of his or her life after high school through college or trade school scholarships. RCH is currently building an endowment, which will allow the organization to continue to assist athletes in need for many more years to come. The organization’s goal is to positively impact as many student athletes as possible.
